Steve Golyski gave a preliminary report on the state of the buildings in the park. Paige Wettlaufer gave a preliminary report on the buildings in the park from a Public Relations Perspective. The Friends will donate Trees to the Park. |

I Love My Park Day |
| Many volunteers and Friends Members gathered at the park to help clean benches, rake and fix gardens. Thank you so much to all who attended. It was a beautiful day. |

House Subcommittee Meeting |
| The State will draft an MoU, (Memorandum of Understanding), which will be an agreement between the NYSOPRHP, and the Friends of Knox Farm State Park, Inc. It will not be difficult. It will outline responsibilities between the two parties. |

SEVEN TO SAVE ANNOUNCEMENT |
| The Preservation League of New York State made a formal announcement in the Main House in Knox Farm State Park that the entire park has been designated and one of New York State's Seven Endangered, Historic Properties. The Friends Board, Friends Members, select Polititians and the Media were present for the announcement. |

| The Board was told that pending a signed agreement, the Friends would be given the opportunity to lease the downstairs of the house to the public for gatherings. Proceeds would go into a designated account ear-markedfor main house rehabilitation. |
